Pre and Postnatal Programs
A guided strength training program designed to support you from early pregnancy through postpartum recovery. Each phase is carefully structured to help you stay strong, move safely, and feel confident in your changing body—from week 1 through week 40 and beyond.
Virtual Training Programs
A virtual training option for those who want structure, direction, and results. Programs are delivered through the Hevy Coach app, updated monthly, and include one weekly check-in for guidance and accountability.
1:1 In-Person Training
Private training is fully tailored to your goals, pace, and experience level. Unlike group classes, every session is built around what you need. You get real-time coaching, focused feedback, and a distraction-free environment.

Group Memberships
The Core Plan includes two in-person strength training classes per week, held at 6:00 AM at AVION Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab in Fort Lauderdale. Classes are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The Silver Plan includes unlimited in-person strength training classes. Classes are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with progress tracking and support through the Hevy Coach app.
The Platinum Plan includes everything in the Silver Plan, with the added benefit of one-on-one coaching 4x a month and personalized nutrition guidance for deeper support and faster results.

I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful strength training can be. Not just for your body, but for your mindset, confidence, and overall well-being. My coaching blends personal experience with professional education so I can meet you where you are and guide you with clarity, care, and purpose.
I hold certifications in pre and postnatal training, pelvic floor health, barbell rehab, and the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC). I’ve competed in bodybuilding, and worked with clients at all levels, from those rebuilding postpartum to others focused on improving performance, body composition, and long-term strength. With 8 years of experience, I’ve learned how to create a training space where people feel supported, challenged, and capable.
My approach is encouraging, honest, and realistic. I care about helping you build strength in a way that feels good and works with your life, not against it. Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up, I’m here to guide you with a plan that’s effective, sustainable, and built for you.
